    Thanks for reading my thread,,,
I have this problem , which i coulndt fix it past 3 days.

Basically what i need ,i want to select the name and mark the day and date with colour, i am able to do in until day 21 but after i cant mark and book the holiday....i also have problem to fix this date on columns, which they are not in order....

also, when i mark the date for someone on the list, that should deduct it from total holiday entitlements

    Hi,

It looks like your problem is located in the showmonth macro which is hiding too many columns ...

    [incorrect solution deleted]

Are you deliberately showing only the first 28 days of each month?

I also suggest you give meaningful names to your forms and controls. For example, this button could be named buttonSubmit.

    Re: Holiday Tracker

Here are the problems I see. I have attached a corrected workbook.

The calculation for number of days in a month is incorrect. It gives the number of days minus 1.

Columns AG through AM are formatted and have data but are not used, and the data is stale. It is not at all clear why. I am assuming this is an error and have cleared them.

The comment in ShowMonth says to hide the last week, but the code does not hide the last week. It hides the last 8 days.

Attached is a version I have modified and tested. I have put a couple of comments in ShowMonth to show what I changed.
