Excel 2007 : Match records between multiple columns

Hi,

I have tried index and match, but cannot search more than one column.

Here is the example:
There are two worksheets: (1) tents and (2) employees.
The tents sheet displays three columns containing tent names and three columns where peoples' names are entered in.

The employees sheet contains a column for name and a column for tent #. In this tent # column I need to search and match all of the names on the tents worksheet, to display which tent they are staying in.
