VLookup

Help please, i cant seem to get this v lookup to work, dispite knowing that there are match's in the referance table to the data i'm looking for its not bringing up that there are?.. its probably something to do with the formatting but i'm at a total loss with it. I've attached the spead sheat, you can se the two at the top of the colmbs match but the formula is not picking this up, can someone explain wny please?
