Picture in Header displays differently computer to computer

Good evening all.
I have laptop that displays pictures in headers differently than any other computer I can get my hands on.
The problem is this laptop is my primary workstation and the file needs to be shared. What I see is not what others see.

When a file is created on desktop with picture in header view is as screenshot 1. Exact same file when viewed on laptop results in screenshot 2. The header is 80% of the size on the laptop, or when created on the laptop, 125% size on any other desktop.

For what it's worth, I'm running Excel 2003 on all the computers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
