    Formatting date input order?

The files I use are used internationally. So I have formatted to display custom ISO standard 2010-Feb-9 for example. But I am required to enter the dates per US standard 2/9/10 (m/d/y) order. I would like to be able to enter the date in the same order y/m/d to avoid confusing any others. How do I change this?

Just use you own formatting. When someone opens your file in another country the WINDOWS setting determine his/her entry (NOT formatting)

So f you would like to enter differently you have to go to your windows settings. I would not do that myself. People will understand as long as you use
yyyy/mm/dd and not y/m/d. Better would be to use ddd yyyy/mmm/dd (Wed 2010/Jan/13)
Looking for great solutions but hate waiting?
