Remove All Conditional Formatting from All Sheets in workbook

I have been sorting 3000 rows of text into about 8 or 9 worksheets using the conditional formatting feature "Text that Contains.." once I group those together I move them to another sheet, remove manually the conditional formatting, then use it again looking for another string. by the time I'm done I've removed conditional formatting 30+ times. is there coding that can be used to remove all CF'ing from all sheets?

I imagine the whole process could be automated...the copying to other appropriate sheets AND removal of unnecessary formatting. Post up your sample workbook with some sample "results" on the subordinate sheets, I'm sure we can make this quick for you.

Click GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to post up your workbook.

I was looking for the same answer in 2022

My work around was to remove all CF in one sheet and use format painter on all other selected sheets at once.

Not for the purist but it works
