Filter on date and show most recent

Good morning!
I have attached a sample sheet for what I am trying to accomplish, for which I am sure there is probably a simple answer but my mind can't grasp it on this Monday morning.

On the Sample tab is my initial data. I would like to achieve what is on the Sample Result tab either by filtering or by vba onto a new sheet (I do not want to lose any of the data on the Sample sheet).

I have several purchase orders listed, many of which have had updates made. The date the update came through is the S/C column. The change might be in the ship date, cancel date, or units. I want to see only active purchase orders (ship date is greater than or equal to 02/14/2010) and the most recent s/c date.
