You're more likely to get a useful response if you explain what you want in the body of your post, rather than requiring people to download a workbook to know.

Ditto to shg's point - files should support your narrative rather than vice-versa.

Given use of XL2007

E3: =SUMIF($A$3:$A$43,$D3,C$3:C$43)
F3: =SUMIFS($B$3:$B$43,$A$3:$A$43,$D3,$C$3:$C$43,">0")
G3: =IF(F3,E3/F3,"")
