    Variable formula

In cell A1 on sheet 1 is where my data is

thus I want the outcome to be ='Sheet 1'!A1

However what I NEED is the numercal cell value to change based upon the input of another cell.

So if cell B1 on sheet 2 is 1

    I need a formula like ='Sheet 1'!A(B2)

    but that doesn't work?

Any help would be much apprcieted my boss is breathing down my neck waiting for this
