Making a word or phrase in one worksheet do a function on a different worksheet

My plan (if possible) in this example, is having a set of phrases (ones I set) be linked to a another worksheet but also linked to the correct person that the phrase is referring to.

The attachment shows Mon-Fri and Week tabs....Mon- Fri will have a number that identifies that person (A3:A13). Each day will be filled in with different numbers depending on the situation.
Next thing is column H...The "phrase" inserted in here I would like to refer in totals on the weekly tab.

example: 6402 (Jason) has 5 VOD, and 2 DIGI PRB total (Mon-Fri). Then WEEKD3=1 WEEKQ3=5

Data would be asier to aggregate or analyze if you put all the raw data on a single tab in database fashion with a column for date.

How can I accomplish that if I am working with multiple days of the week?

    Add a column for date.
