Plotting count and percentage in the same graph

Hi,
I have the following table:

DefectCode Count Percent
CustomerIssue 5 3.846153846
OrderEntry 20 15.38461538
PaperWork 15 11.53846154
Engineering 25 19.23076923
WrongSpec 25 19.23076923
Manufacturing 40 30.76923077

I need to do a bar graph with x axis as DefectCode, y axis as count and also another axis (the other side of y) showing the percentages. I have been trying to achive this without much success. I would appreciate any help here. Thanks.

Create a column chart on both series.
Select Percent series and move to the secondary axis.
Probably besst to change that series to line chart

In xl2003 double click the series and on the Axis tab select Secondary Axis
