    Freezing panes

I'd like to freeze the first 11 X 2 navigation table in the upper left of each worksheet in my workbook so that it is always visible when you scroll left-right or up-down. I can't figure out how to use freeze panes or the split feature to reach my goal.

The freeze panes freezes the all top 11 rows and the first 2 columns. Splitting makes too many sections.

    Thanks,
    Kyle

    Re: Freezing panes

Select C11 and apply freeze panes.

columns A:B will be fixed when scrolling left to right
rows 1:11 will be fixed when scrolling up and down
    Cheers

    Re: Freezing panes

Right. That works when scrolling left because nothing else is in columns A and B except the navigation. But the data starts at row 1, column C. So When I scroll down, the first 11 rows of data also comes with the navigation. Aside from moving my data to a different location, is there a way around this?

Freezing the rows at 11 will fix the top 11 rows.

If you do not want your data in that part move it so it starts are row 12.

I'm not understanding why you want to freeze the first 11 rows but don't want what is in those rows frozen.

    Re: Freezing panes

I'm sorry. I should be more specific. I want rows 1:11 frozen only for Columns A:B. Columns C and over should scroll like normal, even for rows 1:11. Basically, I only want the upper left corner (rows 1:11, cols A:B) frozen.

    That's not possible.
