Show status calculate based on today system date criteria

I m using excel 2003.

Irequired formula in column F to calculate as per below :

if column D= IND & date (column E) is before one year then status is "PW" calculate with today system date

if column D= IND & date (column E) is within one year then status is "W" calculate with today system date

if column D= G & date (column E) is within two year then status is "W" calculate with today system date

if column D= G & date (column E) is before two year then status is "PW" calculate with today system date

In addition to above how to genrate auto alfa num numbers.

Actually requirement as per below :

If column : D is IND & column : E is date then i required data in column F

for example : if in column D is IND & column E date is within one year then status is show as : "W" & if date date before one year then status is show as : "PW"

for example : if in column D is "G" & column E date is within two year then status is show as : "W" & if date date before two year then status is show as : "PW"

We have already mentioned in attach file.

The solution I attached exactly matches all your examples. The description in your latest post is essentially the same as the first one, and the formula conforms to this.

Can you be more specific about what problem still remains?

Actually you have solved our auto genration number. But second problem not solved anyway we have solved our second problem regarding status of "W" or "PW".
