Hi all,

I have a small problem in that I have some forms designed in excel that we would like to use signature pads for.

The problem is that the signature pad add in will not input the signature into a protected sheet, even if the sheet you try and insert on is not protected and another sheet within the same workbook is. I need to lock certain cells to prevent users from over keying headers/comments etc.

Is there any other way of protecting cells from editing other than using the lock and protect worksheet option? Or perhaps excel has an insert signature option built in that I can use instead of the manufacturers software?
