List Generated based off of dates

Need to generate a list based off names and amounts, which occurred between two different dates. See attached for an example please.

not sure what you mean! should sean be included 01/04/2010 31/12/2010
as
01/04/2010 is later than start date of 01/01/2010
fill in the table with results you want

i think you missed dawn or is that coz she wasn,t in iowa? what is your ultimate aim ?it would be easier if you just wanted teds total rather than ted twice, or even say everyones total only when in iowa
