Question Excel auto insert and drop down row?

If anyone has used Numbers in iwork '09, lets say I have a expense sheet with 10 lines and when they fill in that tenth line it automatically inserts new row and drops down to next line moving the totals down a line. Is this possible some how with excel?

Yes, select your table, you need to make the table into a list: Data -> list -> create list in XL for Win, not sure if it's the same for Mac but shold be similar. You can elect to have a totals row, each total box allows you to select the total time (sum, average, stdev etc.), does exactly as you stipulate when you enter text at the bottom or tab past the last field.
