Way to see which files link to a particular file?

Hi, I know that with file ABC.xls, I can see which files ABC.xls links to using Edit/Links.

However, how can I figure out which files link to ABC.xls (the other way around)? It seems the only way to tell for sure is to open up every single other file and check Edit/Links. Is there a faster way to do this?

I ask because I want to make significant changes to ABC.xls, and I want to have all of the files that link to ABC.xls open while I make the changes.
