    Pivot Tables

    Hi,
I am really having problems with one of my pivot tables.

I have a sheet with a lot of data on it for work related tasks. One of the columns is defined as an Ageband, which is shown as 1. 0 to 5 days, 2. 6 to 10 days etc going up to 7. 61+days

When I come to do a pivot table of Task (Row) against Ageband (Column), with the count of Ageband in the data area I get problems.

If all the Ageband's are used then it's fine, but if some of the Agebands are not used the Pivot misses that column completely, which causes a problem as I need the columns in the pivot i.e. the Agebands to be fixed and to appear even if there are no counts for them.

Anybody got any ideas how to do this ?????

    Many Thanks

    Re: Pivot Tables

So I have a pivot table of USA which rolls down from Country> States> County> Cities and the data displays the count of top sold products such as
    1) books
    2) bikes
    3) electronics
    4) the rest of the products.
What I want to achieve here is see te percent of each product of the total products sold in the country of USA.
For eg at the country level lets say:
    bikes-20% books-20% electronics-40% other products-20%
So essentially the percentages can be seen when one rollls down from Country> States> County. But I do not want to see any percentages at the Cities level, which is the lowest level in pivot table. You cannot drill further down the Cities level.
I just want the percentages to be seen at the Country level,State level and County level.
Does anybody know how to do this?
