    Conditional formatting with words

How can I use conditional formatting to find specific words in a cell.
Let's say I'm looking for words. "Good" and or "Excellent" ?
    Thanks

    Hi Koklok,

Let's say you're referencing A1:A10. Select that range and open the Conditonal Formatting dialog. Use the following formula:

    =SEARCH("good",A1)>0

The SEARCH function is not case-sensitive, so it will find GOOD, good, Good, etc. Set your font or fill color, etc. and you should be set.
