    Page Breaks

Hello all, My name is James and I'm obliviously new here. I was wondering if someone could help me please.
I'm currently using 2007. I have made a book consisting of 20 workbooks. Each workbook has a different amount of pages per workbook. I customized the pages to look the same.
Everything works great when I go to print or go on the print preview on my computer but when I copy the file and install it on another computer or email it to someone the page breaks are not the same. So I can't share with my friends or nobody because it does not look good. I tried formatting and locking the cells but had no luck. Is there anything I can do?
    Thank you, James.

    Welcome to the forum.

Where pages break will vary by printer. Set the page breaks to leave an extra row or so that could fit.

Thank you, SHG I really can't install extra rows because every row is being used. Is there a way to lock it down some way? If I sent it out to 1000 people and they all have the different settings on their computers, the book will look like garbage. It looks great on mine but I need to have it look good on others.

I have been searching the forum and there have been similar questions but no answers that I have found.

Set the print scaling in Page Setup to some number that works for everybody, like 95%.

    Please don't quote whole posts.

The page breaks while leaving substantial white space at the bottom of the page?

Have you inserted manual page breaks where you want them?

    Re: Page Breaks

There's no room to add white space. I basically made a border using colors around my text to make it look nice. Then used the automatic borders around the color section. So it kinda looks like a menu.
So work book one, page one has cells 1 through 44 colored and outlined.
Page 2 on same workbook cells 45 through 88. Same color same border, different text.
When the file is switched over, cell 42 through 44 are now on page 2 and 86 through 88 are pushed down to page 3.
