Number to text a word formula

Heres what i am trying to do:

In the same cell I want to be able to input a number that changes it to a word as well as a color. So if I put in:
the number 1 it shows the word "SUPPORTED" and fills the box green
the number 2 it shows the word "PENDING" and fills the box Yellow
the number 3 it shows the word "UNSUPPORTED" and fills the box red.
