Sum with conditions

I have completed a quantity take off on pipe runs. I want to be able to have a function to select only a certain pipe size (check column B for size "x") and then sum the lengths corresponding to that size (value in column C) and display it in my totals section under "x" size pipe on my totals sheet. Is there one function that will do this?

Attached is a sample sheet. I am tring to have a function sum the lengths of the pipes that are of like size and type onto the totals page. I would also like to be able to count the number of fire hydrants for each size of spur.

=SUMIF($A$2:$A$15,C2,$A$2:$A$15)
