    Saving in PDF

I recently upgraded my 2003 Office to 2007. I have several ongoing projects that were built in Excel 2003, and in the past, when I needed to print to PDF, I would use Acrobat Distiller (selecting multiple worksheets and printing to a single file).

However, ever since I've upgraded, when I SAVE to PDF, the charts that are embedded in several worksheets are screwed up (the formatting is all messed up, such as the charts shift on the page once its saved as PDF, but the axes and number values within the charts stay in place). However, this only occurs when I save multiple worksheets to a single PDF file. If I save each sheet separately, this problem doesn't occur. But this is a very lengthy process and screws up page numbers.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

You can still use some other PDF converter. Just make print and choose PDF converter instead of printer.

I've tried this, but the same thing occurs, with the exception of distiller, but distiller doesn't compress 2007 files, and the quality of the file is sketchy.

Excel 2007 has an in-built PDF, you need to install the addin though
    Hope that helps.
