Mixed graphs

Hi i'm having some trouble with this excel worksheet. It asks me to display certain data as a mixed graph but I can't figure out which data to select to make it work. If you could download the attached file and have a look that would be great. It number 3 on the first sheet.

Total expenses is one series, total income is the second, and net income is the third (the line chart). The result will (could) look like the attachment.
