    Changing header for different pages

    Hi,

I have attached a example spreadsheet to help with what I am trying to do.

I had a sheet that had records for 250 employees which I split using subtotals and page breaks so I could print a record for each employee on separate pages. As you will see from the example spreadsheet, the first four rows are set as a header for each page.

For presentation, I want the header the pick up the name and role of the person and to change on each page when printer. Is this possible? I am not too familiar with macros so hopefully there is a formula I can use.

    Thanks in advance.

P.S. I am using Excel 2003 at work.

    Thanks Martin.

I'm not great with macros and naming ranges from 250 employees will take a while so I think I'll give this a miss.
