Return output from written results in different cell

Hi,

Is there anyone can help me to solve this?Im using Excel 2003.

I want to find formula to display result under “to scan” column:

1. It shows to scan IF Nothing in Exclude rules ( no number display from those columns)
2. It shows empty IF any value from Exclude rules. (any number from those columns)

Help me..

There already seems to be a formula in Column B doing this? I don't understand what else you are after. Can you elaborate with an example?

I want formula to display 'to scan' if there is no value in exclude rules(you can see it from C2 to N2(1 to 12)
Example:

a) B19 shows 'to scan' when there is no value in C19 to N19

b) B3 shows blank because there is value in C3-N3,which is 9 in K3, as well as B27 got values in J27 & K27

Do you got it?

But how can I apply it to all of the rows, instead of row by row...
Because there are many rows.Can you show me step by step?

Here is a video that will show you how to drag the cell with the formula (http://video.about.com/spreadsheets/...s-in-Excel.htm). The formula will automatically update because it is using relative reference.
