Cool Keeping Data within the confines of each field

I created a spreadsheet for my husband to maintain and house on his laptop. The spreadsheet is attached. I protected the field names in order to tab through the sheet easily to enter data in the empty fields. The problem is when typing in a field, one must carefully watch to be sure the text doesn't run into the next column. How do I prevent this from happening?

    Hi,

In XL2007, in the Alignment area, use the top right icon ...

In XL 2003, from main menu, Format>Cell>Alignment>Wrap Text
