    Lightbulb Creating a Calendar

Does anyone know of a way to create a calendar from dates and numbers contained in an excel spread sheet? I am trying to create a calendar showing the number of bookings for every day of the month I have with my company. Thanks!

    Re: Creating a Calendar

This can be used as a basis for further developement.

The sheet contains no macros or lookup tables.

To change Month or Year, Select from the dropdown lists top right.

The years cover 2005 to 2020 and are easily changed by changing the validation list.

Add your dates and numbers to cols B:C to see how it works.

The sheet will calculate and display

    1/. Daily bookings
    2/. Weekly totals
    3/. Monthly totals
    4/. Show week numbers
    5/. Highlight todays' bookings

The sheet can then be filtered, using macros and altering the protections, to display the selected day breakdown (e.g. each row could contain extra fields for time, customer name, venue, etc.......) by clicking on the required day.

    Hope this helps
