Return Multiple Values Based On Dropdown List Selection

Once again, I have come to seek assistance from the excel masters that grace this forum.

I am trying to create list of values based on a selection from a Data Validation Dropdown List.

Now previously when I used this technique, I only had to return 1 value, so a simple vlookup function did the trick, but this time, its proving a bit more complex.

I have a list of labor crews with details for each worker

    IE: Crew 3-1
    -1 Foreman, Productivity: 5, Rate: 25
    -1 Common, Productivity: 3, Rate: 14

    Crew 3-2
    -1 Foreman, Productivity: 10, Rate: 25
    -1 Bricklayer, Productivity: 8, Rate: 20
    -1 Common, Productivity: 3, Rate: 14

Basically, I have a dropdown list with the available crews. From that selection I would like to populate the adjacent cells with all the labors corresponding to that corresponding crew.

Researching, I found some answers with array formulas, but was having trouble understanding/applying to this instance. have attached a sample, that I have been working on and would appreciate any guidance possible.

    Thank you

that workbookt has no relation to what you've asked about!
    you say
    -1 Foreman, Productivity: 5, Rate: 25
    workbook shows
    Type Q'ty Unit
    3-1 Formwork Common 0.097 M2

Sorry I should have referenced my workbook better.

So in the dropdown box at cell H2: If I select Crew 3-2, I'm trying to get the following:

    Cell I2: Formwork Common; Cell J2: 0.097
    Cell I3: Formwork Carpenter; Cell J3: 0.178

Re: Return Multiple Values Based On Dropdown List Selection

Thank you martindwilson! that is what i was looking for. one question though, the final application for this has changed and instead of the laborers being listed vertically with their values listed next to them, would it be possible to go the opposite and have the laborers listed horizontally and their values listed directly beneath them?

Thanks again for all your help!
