Simple Formula - Probably an Easy Answer

Basically I want to use a formula but I don't know how to make it lock onto a particular cell (is it a symbol or something?)

For example,

I key in B10/B8

When I paste this formula in it comes out as B11/B9. However I want B11/B8 then B12/B8 etc.

As you can see I want to keep B8 constant, how do I do that?
