Hi guys, I've been trying to conditionally format some data, but running into problems. I have tried using the "Preparation of examples, HTML Tables, on this page (#tables)" section of Coditional Formatting, mvps.org, but I still can't seem to get it to work.

Attached is the sheet with data entered. I think I need a few different formatting rules.
--One for the MIN Guaranteed Rate,
--One for the MIN Current Rate
--One for the MIN Expected Rate.

But the overall objective is to format the 1 of 3 cells for that time period and class (Guaranteed, Current, or Expected) that is the cheapest Option

So you can see from the sheet, that cells D5:D8 are highlighted because at that time Option 1 is the cheapest for Guaranteed rate, however, at row 9, Option 2 becomes the cheapest, so it would become highlighted.

With regard to the current rate, Option 2 is the cheapest at all times, but if the rates in Row 4 change, then the highlighting should then follow those changes.

Then finally, the Expected Rate jumps around a bit but follows the same idea.

Thanks again for your help with this, I really appreciate it!
