    Can Anybody Help me in this query,

    I have Data in 2 Sheets, Now i want to Map this Data i.e. Sheet1 to Map With Sheet2



    1 Student Name ( Sheet1)
    2 Aalooran Rahman Bora
    3 Aishwarya B H

    Student Name( Sheet2) Roll No
    Aalooran Bora 1200905
    Aishwarya Bh 1100309

    What is the Best Way to Map This Data and get the Roll No.



    1 Student Name ( Sheet1) Expected Result
    2 Aalooran Rahman Bora 1200905
    3 Aishwarya B H 1100309

    vlookup should do it
    on sheet 1 try assuming every thing is in col a on sheet 1 and cols a&b sheet2
    vlookup(a1,sheet2!a1:b1000,2,false)

    I try Your Formula, But Getting #N/A

    =VLOOKUP(E2,$H$2:$I$3,2,FALSE)

    If i have Try this Vlookup, Got From Google search, But its Also not working

    VLOOKUP("*"&E2&"*",$H$2:$I$3,2,FALSE)
