Is it possible to have excel do an automated break schedule for work.

So I was at work today listening to some managers and supervisors complain about how long and tedious it is to make the break schedule each day which got me thinking, why not have it automated.
On normal working days we have 2 dedicated breakers to break the store. On weekend we have 3 or 4 depending on the day. What I need to know, is if it is possible to just enter the daily schedule into the spreadsheet, the amount and hours of the breakers and have excel generate the break schedule in the format I need. I have attached where the managers and supervisors would enters each persons schedule with the guidelines to breaks. On each subsequent sheet is how the breakers sheet is. Finally, it shows the break overview, which includes each person and schedule taken from the first sheet and their breaks and who is breaking them.

I know it is a lot to ask from excel which is why I don;' think it is possible. Even it is, I don't really know where to begin. That why I am coming to y'all.

    Other pertinent information:
Breaks start right when the breakers is scheduled. Meal breaks are always 2nd and shouldn't be taken until at least 1 hour 45 minutes after the first break and if a 3rd break is needed it should be at least 1 hour before the person gets to go home.

p.s. Don't you hate it when you have a spec of something on your screen and makes it look like a period is a semi-colon.
