using vlookup to display two results

Hi, here is a sample of my table

    TrackingNum ----- GoldNumber
    2010836994 ----- 16701
    2010836994 ----- 16702
    2011000954 ----- 16686
    2011000954 ----- 16687

i want to use vlookup (or any other method) so that on another sheet one tracking number will display both gold numbers attached to it.

the new sheet doesnt display duplicate tracking numbers btw.

    thanks!

    Hi,

Have you considered just using an Autofilter. Then if necessary copying and pasting the filtered values.

sometimes there are 1000s of entries so its still tedious to pick out each one. thanks for the suggestion though

there are a few ways of doing that i prefer a helper column approach which is probably easier to reproduce than some array formulas that are often suggested see attached for a couple of examples
