Hi.
I have an excel formula which uses a series of nested IF statements to produce a recommendation to the user. One of the outcomes comes back with a "FALSE" from Excel (2007) and for the life of me, I can't figure out what is causing it.
I've attached the file and if anyone could tell me what is triggering the FALSE outcome I'd be very appreciative.

Thanks SHG - I've used Excel for awhile and never noticed that function.
