    Lock cells Values

Hi i am having a live stream of data coming in to my excel sheet now, what i am not able to do is at certain time i am not able to stop these cells from updating
for a more detailed explanation i am trader and i have live forex prices updating in cells so at 8am i want to stop updating certain range.... i figured out how to lock a range and everything at the time i want it to happen, but then the cells are just not taking in user input but they still keep updating the cells values from the live data stream

Maybe a sample file would help. Are macros involved? If so, what's the code?

Also, try to use some punctuation in your narrative. It's really hard to read.

So from the video as u can see i would like to stop updating of the range A1 to B3 at morning 8, means no value changes should occur in this range

What I meant with punctuation for better readability is something along the lines of:

Hi Teylyn! Sorry man! This whole little project of mine is driving me nuts. That's the reason i was in such a hurry. But here is a video i have made for you. And also i uploaded a file; even though the file wont be of any use to u, as u need external software to update the files, anyways.
I hope I have put the full stops in the right places. If not, try again.

You haven't managed to describe the specs or requirements in this forum yet. Hence, no useful replies so far. I'm sure you'll find a way to describe your needs and illustrate the issue in a way that the answering league here can work out. If you overcome this

even though the file wont be of any use to u
If you cannot provide us with the complete scenario, then please don't expect a complete solution.

Ok, here it is i am copy pasting a code and again providing a link to the file and the video that i have made.

Below is the code that ThisWorkbook contains

the above code basically, to my understanding, checks the system time for me and then if it matches it initiates the code, mind you the TimeValue is in 24hr format

the below code is the MODUE 1 that i need to insert

This is where it will process the code and i have reffered it to a sub in the actual worksheet where the action should be done
