automatic copy and paste as values

Im sure this is possible but Im at a loss for the method. I would like to use a macro that copys all the data in a specific range (C8:E21) and pastes it in the same range as values, i.e. not including the formula used to get the data. Thank you very much.

So you want to overwrite the data with just their values? Create a new macro, then start recording, copy the data, paste special (as values) and stop recording.
