Calculating E-mail quantity

s there someone that can help me with a formula that will calculate E-mail quantity with the following particulars:

# of emails received today
# of emails received per week (7 day period)
# of emails received per month (30 day period)
# of emails received per year (365 day period) Grand Total
overall percentage %
% increase
( or maybe its better to get the percentage for all periods above) - I am not sure?

the attached is only a template with no data, can you fill in some data, mocked up if you need to, to give us a better idea?

Okay, I have reposted with adding a few numbers to my spreadsheet; however, I am not sure how to write the formula.

# of emails received per month (30 day period) again add 30 days togeher
# of emails received per year (365 day period) add 365 days
overall percentage %? percent of what do you mean?
% increase- ibid
( or maybe its better to get the percentage for all periods above) - I am not sure?

I basically want to know the percent of how many emails i receive per month, day, week and year
