Lightbulb % to Volume Formula taking into consideration days worked

I am needing to calculate an employees % of the total months volume, but take into consideration they only worked 19 our of 23 days. Can a formula be created for this? I have a group of employees and will rank them based on their % to volume. But each one worked different amount of days. Help.

I'm not quite sure what you are asking, can you give an example?

    Re: Formula Help

A group of employees did 390 uploads in one month. There were 23 working days in that month. Employee A did 120 of the 390 but only worked 18 out of 23 days. Employee B did 120 of the 390 but worked the entire 23 days. Their % to total volume would be different because of the number days worked. Thanks for any help you can give.

Re: % to Volume Formula taking into consideration days worked

Thanks.. But I am needing their % to the total volume of uploads based on the number of days they worked. What % of 320 did they do in XX days out of 23 working days? Wouldn't I need to consider the total number of working days within the month somewhere?

I don't know what metric you're trying to compute, so can't suggest a formula.
