Looking up from one worksheet to another

I have 2 sheets:

In sheet 1 is a league. With 5 cells of number and a cell with a name.

in sheet 2 i have the same... BUT data from sheet 2 is input to sheet 1.

so the data in sheet 1 will move up and down but the data in sheet 2 will always stay in the same rows and cells,

My question: how can i have the data from sheet 2 update the data from sheet 1 when the data in sheet 1 will always be moving.

A good start might be to post a sample workbook, so people get a better idea about your data structure. The narrative above does not make much sense to me, especially the "moving" part.
