Excel 2007 : lookup problem

I have a worksheet with 20 teams. Each team has up to 8 members. Columns are: ID, tName, tNum, Grade. I want to enter a team number into a cell and have it retrieve the rows of information (ID,tName,Grade) for each team member. I am familiar with INDEX/MATCH, but I think I need HLOOKUP?
