Populating tables with summary data using VLOOKUP (or similar)

Can anyone help with a solution to the attached problem which is detailed in the attached file.

In your cell Reference G8 use =SUMIF($B$8:$B$22,F8,$C$8:$C$22).

Then fill down to G12.
