I have 12 graphs with a trendline on every single graph.
Is it possible to combine these graphs with the trendlines into one big graph so it looks like a hybrid function?

A "Graph" (properly called a Chart in Excel) can plot multiple series of values in a single chart.
You can add each of the existing series from other eleven charts into one of the existing charts or create a new chart and plot all of them. Either way, it must done manually by adding the desired series to the chart
However, a single chart with twelve lines, IMO, will probably not be visually effective as tis many lines on a single chart can be confusing and end up obscuring what you intend the chart to communicate about the data.

Is it actually possible to plot a graph with twelve different trendlines?
I know it would end up being confusing but I believe it's what i am supposed to do.
