Range Bar Graph

Hi,

I need to make a connected range bar graph. I need range bars (or high-low bars) and lines connecting the average of each bar.

It looks like this, but I need a line going through the average of each bar.

It's a stacked column graph. The first series in the low temp, and the second series is the high temp minus the low temp. Then make the first series have no border and no area fill.

Sorry it doesnt seem to work. I can't get the bars off the axis. Also i require a line going through the average of each bar.
