how to fix Corrupted file after recovery

By mistake i deleted all my files in the drive , so i used many recovery programs , and some of these programs found the files that i need and some of them didn't
anyway , I attached a file from those that i recovered BUT i think it corrupted , is there anyway to fix them ?
some of the data are in arabic BUT what's in the recovered files are not arabic nor english
