    ranking

    hello,
Small problem with ranking.I have 10 names in column B.the 3 cmd buttons calculate from c1 to e10 and f column hold the totals.when i press cmd button 1 if any off the cells in c range are = or higher than 18 that row hides, the problem is i am ranking there totals from 1 to 10 but when a row dissapears i want the ranking to ignore the hidden cells and just rank whats left.look at attached to see example.thanks

    Re: ranking

Try this formula in A1 copied down

    =SUMPRODUCT(SUBTOTAL(102,OFFSET(F$1,ROW(F$1:F$10)-ROW(F$1),0))*(F$1:F$10>F1))+1
