Ranking the figures in a column and assigning a score depending on the rank.

Hello,
I'm trying to set up a league table to assess the employees in my company.

There are 4 criteria by which they are assessed. For each one, I want a formula that automatically ranks the figures in a column, from highest to lowest, and assigns them 1 point if the highest, 2 points if 2nd, 3 points for 3rd.. etc.

For example, in the attached spreadsheet the names are sorted by "criteria 1", from highest to lowest. The score each person gets is dependent on their position.
If there a formula that I can use in, the 4 score columns, that will does this for me automatically?
