Excel 2007 : Multi Conditional Count

Hello all

I need to calculate the number of rows that meet certain criteria based off two seperate columns.

I need the total number of Column I that equals "O1", or "O2", or "O3", or "O4", or "W1" or "W2" AND Column D equals "S" or "SCI".

I've been searching on the WWW for about an hour and found many threads on SUMPRODUCT and COUNTIF but none seem to fit the bill...This formula is wrong, but may better explain what I'm trying to accomplish.

=SUMPRODUCT(((Owned!I3:I900="O2")+(Owned!I3:I900="O1")+(Owned!I3:I900="O3")+(Owned!I3:I900="O4")+(Owned!I3:I900="W1")+(Owned!I3:I900="W2")*(Owned!D3:D900="S")+(Owned!D3:D900="SCI”))
