Indentifying trends and progressive increase or decrease

Hi Guys

I need to identify trends or progressive increase or decrease in the variables highlighted in the attached workbook.

I need to compare January, February, March and April of 2009 to January, February, March and April of 2010.

Eg, Comparing january 2010 to January 2009 were there any increase, decrease or did they remain constant

Why not use Conditional Formatting for the 2010 data to color the cells based, comparing the value against the 2009 data? See attached example of CF applied to the 2010 data.
