Excel 2007 : Applying cell styles from list values on another sheet

OK guys,

I'm trying to create a simple drop down menu in my primary worksheet that uses default styles.

I've made lists of values in my second worksheet which are styled. and applied them to my primary worksheet, yet when i select the value from the drop down, the text is displayed without any style.

Anyone have any ideas??

You can't format the contents of a data validation drop down.
